ABOUT OUR FOUNDER and CEO
Lilian T Chiu LEED AP
Lilian Chiu is the founder and CEO of Morgan Environments, a full service consulting practice that dovetails the strength of strategic planning, branded environments, professional development, organizational competitive research and business development strategies. With over 25 years of experience in the A/E/C and design industry, she strategically leads large scale public and private project pursuit teams. Lilian routinely speaks on matters related to design, marketing and business development. Most recently she moderated the opening session of the 2010 MiaGreen Conference.
Lilian is currently President of the Society for Marketing Professional Services South Florida Chapter. She also currently serves as a Board Member of the Florida International University Alumni Association; and a member of the City of Miami’s Green Commission.
She has previously served on the Board of Directors of the USGBC South Florida Chapter and the American Institute of Architects Miami Chapter.
Lilian serves as Faculty at the University of Miami and Adjunct Faculty at Broward College teaching LEED and Sustainable Design. Morgan Environments also holds a Master Agreement for Instruction of LEED technical review and exam prep courses at Miami Dade College.
